  • Heather Haugen

I have always been passionate about health and fitness. I began practicing Pilates about 10 years ago, hoping to balance the many miles of running I was doing and the weight training I enjoy. I found the increased core strength and postural awareness that I gained from Pilates improved my overall mobility and strength. I am trained in STOTT Pilates Mat & Reformer, also Injuries & Special Populations. I enjoy working together with clients to inspire them to achieve happy, healthy lifestyles and to meet their fitness goals. I plan to continue my Pilates training as I embrace learning as part of a life-long journey. I believe that building a strong body and mind is key to living your best life. My motivation is having the ability to do what I love for as long as I can! When I’m not training at the gym, I enjoy hiking, Nordic skiing, backpacking, running, cooking and spending time with my family and two German Shepherds.
