    Dawn is a graduate from North Dakota State University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development and Family Relations. She has been the Center Director at the Blaine location since 1987 and is passionate about her role in neighborhood. She has strong ties and connections with the families at the center and continues those relationships even after the children out grow the center. Her friendly, caring personality keeps families coming back for generations. Dawn is also an exemplary coach for her staff and maintains high standards in areas such as customer service, quality programming and continuing education. Dawn is committed to providing the highest quality service to each of her families and would be privileged to have the chance to serve you.

    <p><!--block-->Carrie is a graduate from University of Wisconsin: River Falls with a degree in Psychology. She joined the KinderCare family in 2006 at the Blaine center.&nbsp;Since&nbsp;that time, Carrie has worked in many different centers around the metro area, had multiple opportunities to learn and grow as both an assistant director and a director before finally being able to "come home" to our center again. She is very excited to continue to help all children and families find all&nbsp;the amazing things that KinderCare has to offer. </p>
